The Africa Management Development Programme (MDP) enables middle managers to reinforce their managerial skill set and business acumen and facilitates integration across various business units.
This programme is valuable for middle managers, from any industry, who are responsible for managing people, teams, and various business units and are ready to dive deep into management development. It empowers them to reinforce their managerial skill set and business acumen.
The Africa Management Development Programme enables the reinforcement of managerial skills with business acumen while facilitating integration across various business units in an empowering manner. Over the course of 6 months, participants will be equipped to:
1 - 2 years of management experience
English language competence at NQF level 4 or equivalent
No formal tertiary qualifications necessary
